Electrophoretic Coating (E-Coating)

Electrophoretic coating, commonly known as E-coating, provides uniform corrosion protection even on complex geometries with tight recesses and internal surfaces. The electrodeposition process ensures complete coverage, including edges and corners that might be challenging for other coating methods.

E-coating creates a thin, uniform film that provides excellent corrosion resistance, good appearance, and consistent thickness control. We offer both cathodic and anodic E-coating processes for different application requirements. The coating is particularly suitable for components with complex shapes, assembled parts, and applications requiring consistent protection throughout. The process is environmentally controlled with efficient paint utilization and minimal waste.
